The main reasons why our institute is preferred by foreign students are; The academic success of our university is the support of the advisors to the students and the city of Elazig offering the students an economical and comfortable life.Candidates who want to receive their master's or doctorate education at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences should first determine the department they want to study. Candidates should contact the faculty member they want to work with by e-mail. Because if one of the Faculty Members of the Fırat University Institute of Science and Technology does not accept to act as the candidate's advisor, the candidate cannot apply to the Graduate School.A candidate must register and apply in the Online Application Automation System (BOS) after receiving acceptance from the Faculty Member of the Fırat University, Institute of Science and Technology.The candidate must upload all the information and documents related to the application to the BOS. Applications by e-mail or otherwise are not accepted outside the BOS.Program Continuation Conditions(1) International students who do not speak Turkish can apply for postgraduate education, but it is obligatory for international students to know Turkish at least at B2 level and certify this situation in order to enroll and start their education.(2) International students must have a C1 level Turkish certificate by the end of their maximum period in order to graduate. Otherwise, they will not be able to graduate and receive a diploma, and their registration will be deleted at the end of their maximum term.(3) Students who have the right to final registration and who certify that they know Turkish at the B2 level are assigned an advisor after final registration. The student, who is appointed as an advisor, starts his/her academic education by registering with his/her advisor.(4) At the beginning of each academic year, on the dates announced on the related institute website, Fırat University TÖMER (Fırat University Turkish Teaching and Application Center) conducts the Turkish Language Level Examination for graduate students. Those who receive a B2 Level Turkish Language Certificate in this exam conducted by TÖMER can start their academic education.(5) Students who do not have a B2 or higher level certificate must attend the Turkish preparatory education given by Fırat University TÖMER. Turkish preparatory education lasts for two semesters at most. This period can be extended for a maximum of one semester, with the proposal of the Institute Department / Department / Program and the decision of the Institute Administrative Board. At the end of these periods, those who cannot obtain a certificate at least at B2 level from the TÖMER exam or other exams accepted by the Institute Administrative Board are dismissed from the Institute.(6) Students who are accepted to the Institute with the condition of Turkish preparatory education must take their Turkish education from Fırat University TÖMER. Otherwise, the student is dismissed from the Institute.(7) Even if a student who is registered to the relevant Institute and continues his education at TÖMER in order to obtain a Turkish language certificate, receives a B2 language certificate in an exam at TÖMER in the middle of the semester, he can start his academic education only at the beginning of the academic year (the first two weeks according to the academic calendar). in) can start.Fees and Financial ProvisionsTuition Fee(1) The tuition fees to be paid by international students are determined by the University Administrative Board in accordance with the "Decision on the Determination of Tuition Fees and Contribution to be Taken as Student Contribution to the Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions", which is published in the Official Gazette every year.(2) Students who are not exempt from tuition fees through bilateral agreements between countries are obliged to pay the tuition fees specified in the first paragraph.(3) The tuition fee is paid by the student at the beginning of each semester, during the new registration or registration renewal phase.(4) The student is obliged to pay in advance the "distance education material fee" determined by the University Administrative Board every year.(5) If the student leaves voluntarily or his registration is canceled for any other reason, the fees paid to the University are not refunded.Health insurance(1) International students admitted to graduate programs are obliged to act in accordance with the rules of the Social Security Institution of the Republic of Turkey and to have health insurance within the legal period.Genel BilgilendirmeFırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü bünyesinde 300’ü aşkın uluslararası öğrenci eğitim görmektedir. Enstitümüzün yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler tarafından tercih edilmesinin temel nedenleri; Üniversitemizin akademik başarısı, danışman öğretim üyelerinin öğrencilerine olan desteği ve Elazığ Şehrinin öğrenciye ekonomik ve konforlu bir yaşam sunmasıdır.Yüksek lisans veya doktora eğitimini Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsünde almak isteyen adaylar öncelikle eğitim almak istedikleri anabilim dalını belirlemelidirler. Çünkü Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Öğretim Üyelerinden biri adayın danışmanlığını üstlenmeyi kabul etmezse, aday Enstitüye başvuru yapamaz.Bir aday, Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Öğretim Üyesinden kabul aldıktan sonra Online başvuru otomasyon sistemine (BOS) kayıt olmalı ve başvurusunu yapmalıdır.Aday, başvuru ile ilgili tüm bilgi ve belgelerini BOS’a yüklemelidir. BOS’un dışında e-posta ile veya başka bir şekilde başvuru kabul edilmemektedir.Programa Devam Koşulları(1) Türkçe bilmeyen uluslararası öğrenciler lisansüstü eğitim için başvuru yapabilirler ancak uluslararası öğrencilerin ders kaydı yapıp eğitimlerine başlayabilmeleri için en az B2 seviyesinde Türkçe bilmeleri ve bu durumu belgelendirmeleri zorunludur.(2) Uluslararası öğrenciler mezun olabilmek için azami sürelerinin sonuna kadar C1 seviyesinde Türkçe sertifikaya sahip olmalıdırlar. Aksi takdirde mezun olup, diploma alamazlar ve azami sürelerinin sonunda kayıtları silinir.(3) Kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan ve B2 düzeyinde Türkçe bildiğini belgeleyen öğrencilere, kesin kaydı yapıldıktan sonra danışman ataması yapılır. Danışman ataması yapılan öğrenci, danışmanı ile birlikte ders kaydını yaparak, akademik eğitimine başlar.(4) Her eğitim-öğretim döneminin başında, ilgili enstitü internet sitesinde ilan edilen tarihlerde, Fırat Üniversitesi TÖMER (Fırat Üniversitesi Türkçe Öğretim ve Uygulama Merkezini) lisansüstü öğrenciler için Türkçe Dil Seviye Tespit Sınavı yapar. TÖMER’in yaptığı bu sınavda B2 Seviye Türkçe Dil Sertifikası alanlar, akademik eğitimlerine başlayabilirler.(5) B2 ve üstü düzeyde sertifikası olmayan öğrenciler, Fırat Üniversitesi TÖMER tarafından verilen Türkçe hazırlık eğitimine katılmak zorundadır. Türkçe hazırlık eğitimi en fazla iki yarıyıldır. Enstitü Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Programının önerisi ve Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile bu süre en fazla bir yarıyıl uzatılabilir. Bu sürelerin sonunda TÖMER sınavından veya Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu tarafından kabul edilen diğer sınavlardan en az B2 düzeyinde sertifika alamayanların Enstitü ile ilişikleri kesilir.(6) Enstitüde Türkçe hazırlık eğitim şartı ile kabul alan öğrenciler, Türkçe eğitimlerini Fırat Üniversitesi TÖMER’den almak zorundadırlar. Aksi durumda öğrencinin Enstitü ile ilişiği kesilir.(7) İlgili Enstitüye kesin kaydı yapılan ve Türkçe dil belgesi almak için TÖMER’de eğitimine devam eden bir öğrenci, TÖMER’in dönem ortasındaki bir sınavında B2 dil sertifikası alsa bile akademik eğitimine ancak eğitim-öğretim dönemlerinin başında (akademik takvime göre ilk iki hafta içerisinde) başlayabilir.Ücretler ve Mali HükümlerÖğrenim Ücreti(1) Uluslararası öğrencilerin ödeyecekleri öğrenim ücretleri, her yıl Resmî Gazete’de yayınlanarak yürürlüğe giren, “Yüksek Öğretim Kurumlarında Cari Hizmet Maliyetlerine Öğrenci Katkısı olarak Alınacak Katkı Payları ve Öğrenim Ücretlerinin Tespitine Dair Karar” gereğince Üniversite Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenir.(2) Ülkeler arasındaki ikili anlaşmalarla öğrenim ücretlerinden muaf olmayan öğrenciler, birinci fıkrada belirtilen öğrenim ücretlerini ödemekle yükümlüdür. (3) Öğrenim ücreti, her yarıyıl başında, yeni kayıt veya kayıt yenileme aşamasında öğrenci tarafından ödenir.(4) Öğrenci, Üniversite Yönetim Kurulunun her yıl belirlediği “uzaktan öğretim materyal ücretini” peşin ödemekle yükümlüdür.(5) Öğrencinin kendi isteğiyle ayrılması veya başka bir nedenle kaydının silinmesi halinde Üniversiteye ödediği ücretler iade edilmez.Sağlık Sigortası(1) Lisansüstü programlara kabul edilen uluslararası öğrenciler, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu kurallarına uygun hareket etmekle ve yasal süresi içerisinde sağlık sigortası yaptırmakla yükümlüdür.GRADUATE EDUCATION APPLICATION REQUIREMENTSThe application process for international students, application conditions, required documents and application approval are explained in detail below:Application Process(1) Applications are received through BOS on the announced dates.(2) Applications made via e-mail or post will not be processed.(3) In the BOS, the prerequisites requested by the programs for the candidates are stated in detail.(4) For a candidate applying for a master's degree, a faculty member from the department from which he completed his undergraduate education must be a reference. For a candidate applying for a doctorate, both a faculty member from the department from which he completed his undergraduate education and a faculty member from the department from which he completed his master's degree should be his reference.(5) In order for the candidate's application to be approved and evaluated, he/she must obtain an invitation approval from the faculty member who wants to work from the Department/Major/Program/Program that he/she wants to study and who will act as his/her advisor.(6) Reference and invitation approval processes are accepted only through the application BOS.(7) Applications that are not approved through BOS will not be evaluated.(8) If the information and documents declared during the application process are inaccurate or incomplete, the candidate is dismissed from the program even if he has been accepted to the program.Application Conditions(1) For each announcement period, the Institute Administrative Board determines the national/international exam conditions accepted as equivalent to this exam by ALES or the Council of Higher Education, with the recommendation of the Department/Programme Board.(2) The foreign language requirement for the master's degree is determined by the Graduate School Administrative Board with the recommendation of the Department / Department / Program Committee for each announcement period.(3) For applications to doctoral programs, candidates are required to get a minimum score of 55 from the foreign language exams accepted by YÖK or the equivalent score from the foreign language exams accepted as equivalent by ÖSYM, other than their mother tongue. The foreign language base score can be increased with the recommendation of the Department / Department of Art / Program Committee and the approval of the Institute Administrative Board.Documents Required for Application(1) The following documents are required in the application:- Applying to graduate programs; The Turkish translation of the undergraduate diploma and the undergraduate transcript approved by the Turkish foreign representative offices or with a notarized copy and certified by the Turkish foreign representative offices or by the notary public- Applying to doctoral programs; A copy of undergraduate and graduate diplomas, undergraduate and graduate transcripts approved by Turkish foreign representatives or notarized, and their Turkish translation approved by Turkish foreign representatives or notary public,- Applying to doctoral programs; A copy of the document showing foreign language proficiency approved by the Turkish foreign representatives or notary public,-B2 and above Turkish Language Certificate (those who do not have a certificate must take Turkish Preparation),-Photocopy of the passaport,- ALES, GRE or GMAT result document, if requested by the Department / Major / Program Committee in the announcement, (The validity period of the ALES exam is 3 (three) years, the validity period of the GRE and GMAT exams is 5 (five) years.)-Bachelor's/master's diploma equivalency certificate from YÖK- The YÖK recognition certificate of the school from which he graduated, provided by the student.-Photo (must be taken within the last six months)-Short CV (Turkish or English)-Letter of intent (in Turkish or English)LİSANSÜSTÜ EĞİTİM BAŞVURU ŞARTLARIUluslararası öğrenciler için başvuru süreci, başvuru koşulları, başvuruda istenilen belgeler ve başvuru onayı aşağıda detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmıştır:Başvuru Süreci(1) Başvurular, ilan edilen tarihlerde BOS üzerinden alınır.(2) E-posta veya posta yolu ile yapılan başvurular işleme alınmaz.(3) BOS’da, programların adaylar için talep ettikleri ön koşullar ayrıntılı bir şekilde belirtilir.(4) Yüksek lisansa müracaat eden bir aday için lisans öğrenimini tamamladığı bölümden bir öğretim üyesi kendisine referans olmalıdır. Doktoraya müracaat eden bir aday için ise hem lisans öğrenimini tamamladığı bölümden bir öğretim üyesi ve hem de yüksek lisansını tamamladığı anabilim dalından bir öğretim üyesi kendisine referans olmalıdır.(5) Adayın başvurusunun onaylanması ve değerlendirmeye alınması için lisansüstü öğrenim görmek istediği Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program’dan çalışmak istediği ve danışmanlığını üstlenecek öğretim üyesinden davet onayı almak zorundadır.(6) Referans ve davet onayları işlemleri sadece başvuru BOS üzerinden kabul edilir.(7) BOS üzerinden onaylanmayan başvurular değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.(8) Başvuru sürecinde beyan edilen bilgi ve belgelerin hatalı veya eksik olması durumunda aday programa kabul edilmiş olsa dahi programla ile ilişiği kesilir.Başvuru Koşulları(1) ALES veya Yükseköğretim Kurulu tarafından bu sınava eşdeğer kabul edilen ulusal/uluslararası sınav koşulunu ve bu sınavların puan şartını, her ilan dönemi için Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program Kurulu önerisi ile Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu belirler.(2) Yüksek lisans için yabancı dil şartını, her ilan dönemi için Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program Kurulu önerisi ile Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu belirler.(3) Doktora programlarına başvurular için adayların ana dilleri dışında, YÖK tarafından geçerliliği kabul edilen yabancı dil sınavlarından minimum 55 veya ÖSYM tarafından eş değerliği kabul edilen yabancı dil sınavlarından eş değer puan almaları gerekmektedir. Yabancı dil taban puanı, Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program Kurulu önerisi ve Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu onayı ile artırılabilir.Başvuruda İstenen Belgeler(1) Başvuruda aşağıda belirtilen belgeler istenir:-Yüksek lisans programlarına başvuruda; lisans diploması ile lisans transkriptinin Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı örneği ile Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı Türkçe tercümesi-Doktora programlarına başvuruda; lisans ve yüksek lisans diplomaları ile lisans ve yüksek lisans transkriptlerinin Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı örneği ve Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı Türkçe tercümesi,-Doktora programlarına başvuruda; yabancı dil yeterliliğini gösteren belgenin Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı örneği,-B2 ve üzeri Türkçe Dil Sertifikası (sertifikası olmayanlar Türkçe Hazırlık almak zorundadır),-Pasaport fotokopisi,-Eğer Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program Kurulu ilanda talep etmişse, ALES, GRE veya GMAT sonuç belgesi, (ALES sınavının geçerlilik süresi 3 (üç) yıl, GRE ve GMAT sınavlarının geçerlik süresi 5 (beş) yıldır.)-YÖK’ten alınmış lisans/yüksek lisans diploma denklik belgesi-Öğrenci tarafından temin edilen mezun olduğu okula ait YÖK tanınırlık belgesi.-Fotoğraf (son altı ay içinde çekilmiş olmalıdır)-Kısa özgeçmiş (Türkçe veya İngilizce)-Niyet mektubu (Türkçe veya İngilizce)EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS(1) Candidates whose applications are approved by the Graduate School are notified to the Departments / Departments of Art / Program Coordinators.(2) The Departments / Departments of Arts / Departments / Program Coordinators evaluate the applications with the help of the commission, which includes the faculty members who approved the invitation.(3) The applications of the candidates are evaluated by considering the conditions in this directive and the conditions announced by the Department / Department / Program Committees before the application to the candidate.(4) For international candidates whose applications to graduate programs are accepted, science exams (written and/or interview) can be made with the decision of the Department/Major/Program Board and the approval of the Graduate School Administrative Board. These exams can be held remotely, provided that they are recorded through audio and video communication tools, in line with the recommendation of the relevant Department / Department / Program.(5) For the programs that require special talent, the opinion of the related Institute of the Department / Department of Art / Program and the decisions of the Institute Administrative Board and additional conditions can be taken as a basis in the evaluation.(6) The application files of the candidates are finalized as follows;
Admission: Among the candidates who meet all the application requirements, candidates who are found successful as a result of the evaluation made by the Institute Department / Department / Program and approved by the Institute Administrative Board are directly accepted to the program.
Admission to the Scientific Preparation Program: Among the candidates who meet all the application requirements, students who are accepted to a graduate program other than the undergraduate program they graduated from can be accepted to the scientific preparation program in order to make up for their academic deficiencies and to adapt to the program they have applied for. Candidates accepted within this scope take the courses recommended in the "Scientific Preparation" program.
Admission to the Turkish Preparatory Program: Candidates with missing B2 Turkish Language Certificate (including those placed by the Council of Higher Education within the framework of intergovernmental or intercultural agreements) can be admitted to the "Turkish Preparatory Program" conditionally. Candidates accepted within this scope must obtain a B2 Turkish Language Certificate from the Fırat University TÖMER exam or other exams accepted by the Institute Administrative Board at the end of two semesters at the latest.
Conditional Admission: Candidates (including candidates placed by the Higher Education Council within the framework of intergovernmental or intercultural agreements) who do not have the ALES document included in the application conditions, can be admitted to the graduate programs on a "conditional basis" with the recommendation of the relevant Institute Department / Major Art / Program and the decision of the board of directors. . These candidates can take a maximum of two courses from the graduate programs by paying the tuition fee, but the number of courses can be increased with the decision of the relevant institute board of directors.
Rejection: Candidates who are not found suitable as a result of the evaluation made by the Institute Department / Department / Program will not be accepted to the program.
(7) The conditions for international student admission through lateral transfer to graduate programs are determined by the opinion of the Graduate School/Major Art Branch/Program that conducts the relevant program and the decision of the relevant Graduate School Administrative Board. The provisions of the Fırat University Postgraduate Education and Examination Regulations are applied in the admission of international students through lateral transfer. These provisions also apply to students who apply with state scholarships within the framework of bilateral agreements.Notification of Application Results and Final Registration(1) The application results are announced in the BOS on the specified date.(2) Candidates accepted to graduate programs are requested to declare whether they will be registered or not by sending a confirmation message via BOS by the relevant Institute Directorate. Candidates who declare that they will be registered will be sent an official acceptance letter in order to obtain a visa.(3) Final registrations are made in person at the relevant Institute Directorates on the announced dates.(4) The documents required from the students who have the right to final registration are as follows:For applications to graduate programs;
A copy of the undergraduate diploma and the undergraduate transcript approved by the Turkish foreign representatives or notary public, and their Turkish translation approved by the Turkish foreign representatives or notary public,

It is obligatory to submit the documents required for registration in full at the time of registration.
(5) Students who have the right to final registration and are given time due to missing documents; If they do not complete the missing documents within the time given to them, their registration will be deleted even if the final registration has been made.(6) If it is understood that the students who are entitled to final registration have submitted false or false documents during registration, their registration will be deleted even if their final registration has been made.(7) At the beginning of each semester, international graduate students are obliged to participate in the adaptation studies to be carried out by the relevant unit(s) of the university.BAŞVURULARIN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ(1) Başvurusu Enstitü tarafından onaylanan adaylar, Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı Başkanlıkları/Program Koordinatörlüklerine bildirilir.(2) Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı Başkanlıkları/Program Koordinatörlükleri, davet onayı veren öğretim üyelerinin de bulunduğu komisyon yardımıyla başvuruları değerlendirir.(3) Adayların başvuruları, bu yönergedeki koşullar ve Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program Kurulları tarafından adaya başvurudan önce ilan edilmiş şartlar dikkate alınarak değerlendirilir.(4) Lisansüstü programlara başvurusu kabul edilen uluslararası adaylar için bilim sınavları (yazılı ve/veya mülakat) Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program Kurulu kararı ve Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu onayı ile yapılabilir. Bu sınavlar ilgili Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Programının önerisi doğrultusunda, sesli ve görüntülü iletişim araçları yoluyla kayıt altına alınmak şartıyla uzaktan yapılabilir.(5) Özel yetenek isteyen programlar için ilgili Enstitü Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Program görüşü ve Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu kararları ile ek koşullar da değerlendirmede esas alınabilir.(6) Adayların başvuru dosyaları aşağıda belirtilen şekilde sonuçlandırılır;
Kabul: Tüm başvuru koşullarını sağlayan adaylar içinden, Enstitü Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Programı tarafından yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda başarılı bulunan ve Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu tarafından onaylanan adaylar programa doğrudan kabul edilir.
Bilimsel Hazırlık Programına Kabul: Tüm başvuru koşullarını sağlayan adaylar içinden, mezun oldukları lisans programı dışında bir lisansüstü programa kabul edilen öğrenciler akademik eksiklerini gidermek ve başvurdukları programa uyum sağlamak amacı ile bilimsel hazırlık programına kabul edilebilir. Bu kapsamda kabul edilen adaylar “Bilimsel Hazırlık” programında önerilen dersleri alırlar.
Türkçe Hazırlık Programına Kabul: Başvuru koşulları içerisinde yer alan B2 Türkçe Dil Sertifikası eksik olan adaylar (Yükseköğretim Kurulu tarafından hükümetler arası veya kültürlerarası anlaşmalar çerçevesinde yerleştirilen adaylar dâhil) “Türkçe Hazırlık Programına” koşullu kabul edilebilir. Bu kapsamda kabul edilen adaylar en geç iki dönem sonunda Fırat Üniversitesi TÖMER sınavından veya Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu tarafından kabul edilen diğer sınavlardan B2 Türkçe Dil Sertifikası almak zorundadır.
Koşullu Kabul: Başvuru koşulları içerisinde yer alan ALES belgesi eksik olan adaylar (Yükseköğretim Kurulu tarafından hükümetle arası veya kültürler arası anlaşmalar çerçevesinde yerleştirilen adaylar dâhil) ilgili Enstitü Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Programının önerisi ve yönetim kurulu kararı ile lisansüstü programlara “koşullu” olarak kabul edilebilir. Bu adaylar öğrenim ücretini ödeyerek lisansüstü programlardan en fazla iki ders alabilirler ancak ilgili enstitü yönetim kurulu kararı ile ders sayısı arttırılabilir.
Ret: Enstitü Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Programı tarafından yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda uygun bulunmayan adaylar programa kabul edilmez.
(7) Lisansüstü programlara yatay geçiş yoluyla uluslararası öğrenci kabul şartları, ilgili programı yürüten Enstitü Anabilim/Anasanat Dalı/Programının görüşü ve ilgili Enstitü Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile belirlenir. Yatay geçiş yoluyla uluslararası öğrenci kabulünde Fırat Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliğinin hükümleri uygulanır. Bu hükümler ikili anlaşmalar çerçevesinde devlet bursu ile başvuru yapan öğrenciler için de geçerlidir.Başvuru Sonuçlarının Bildirilmesi ve Kesin Kayıt(1) Başvuru sonuçları, belirtilen tarihte BOS’da açıklanır.(2) Lisansüstü programlara kabul edilen adaylara ilgili Enstitü Müdürlüğü tarafından BOS aracılığı ile onay mesajı gönderilerek kayda gelip gelmeyeceklerini beyan etmeleri istenir. Kayda geleceğini beyan eden adaylara vize alabilmeleri için resmi kabul mektubu gönderilir. (3) Kesin kayıtlar, ilan edilen tarihlerde ilgili Enstitü Müdürlüklerinde şahsen yapılır.(4) Kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrencilerden istenilen belgeler şunlardır:
Yüksek lisans programlarına başvurularda; lisans diploması ile lisans transkriptinin Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı örneği ve Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı Türkçe tercümesi,
Doktora programlarına başvurularda; lisans ve yüksek lisans diploması ile lisans ve yüksek lisans transkriptinin Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı örneği ve Türk dış temsilcilikleri tarafından veya noterden onaylı Türkçe tercümesi,
Pasaport fotokopisi
Bir adet fotoğraf (son altı ay içinde çekilmiş),
Öğrenim ile ilgili ücretlerin ödendiğine dair belge,
Eğer varsa, Türkçe yeterlilik belgesi,
Öğrenim Meşruhatlı Vize veya Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü’nün belirlediği ilkeler çerçevesinde öğrenim vizesi istenmeyecek uluslararası öğrenci statüsünde olduğuna dair belge,
YÖK’ten alınmış lisans/yüksek lisans diploma denklik belgesi,
Mezun olduğu okula ait YÖK tanınırlık belgesi,
İkili anlaşmalar çerçevesinde devlet bursu ile gelen öğrenciler için ücretlerinin kayıt döneminde ödeneceğine dair belge,
Uygulamalı sağlık alanları için Diploma Denklik Belgesi,
Doktora programına kayıt yaptıracak öğrenciler için Yabancı Dil Yeterliliğini gösteren belge,
ALES, GRE veya GMAT sonuç belgesinin aslı, (Eğer ilanda ALES şartı varsa bu belge istenecektir.)
Kayıt sırasında kayıt için istenen belgelerin eksiksiz olarak sunulması zorunludur.
(5) Kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan ve eksik belge nedeni ile kendilerine süre tanınan öğrenciler; eksik belgelerini kendilerine verilen süre içerisinde tamamlamadıkları takdirde, kesin kayıtları yapılmış olsa dahi kayıtları silinir.(6) Kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrencilerin kayıt sırasında sahte ya da yanlış belge sunduklarının anlaşılması halinde, kesin kayıtları yapılmış olsa dahi kayıtları silinir.(7) Uluslararası lisansüstü öğrenciler her dönem başında, üniversitenin ilgili birim(ler)i tarafından yürütülecek eğitim-öğretime adaptasyon çalışmalarına katılmakla yükümlüdür.-Common Questions1.
