NOTE: 1. Postgraduate students enrolled in the 2021-2022 spring semester and after, presenting an oral presentation in at least 1 (one) symposium/congress related to their field or at least at least books and book chapters published by national/international publishing houses and published/accepted for publication in journals. Must meet the requirement of having 1 (one) article and attach the relevant documents to these forms. Students who have registered before will not be required to meet this requirement.

2. Ph.D. students enrolled in the 2021-2022 spring semester and later must have published at least 1 (one) publication in the field of doctoral studies that entered the SCI / SCIE / SSCI or AHCI indexes, or the most of the publications specified in the Instruction for Promotion and Appointment of Faculty Members of our university. must have received at least 30 points and must attach the relevant documents to these forms.

Students who have registered before must meet the following conditions.

a) At least one article published/accepted for publication in an international refereed journal produced from the doctoral thesis must be submitted to the institute together with the thesis. This magazine; It should be from the journals defined in SSCI (Social Sciences Citation Index), AHCI (Arts and Humanities Citation Index), SCI-Expanded (Science Citation Index).

b) A written/participation document stating that at least one oral paper has been presented by the student or being an invited speaker in international congresses and symposiums abroad, produced from the doctoral thesis, also meets the requirement for a published/accepted article.

- FORMS TO SUBMIT AFTER THE THESIS DEFENSE EXAM (Sufficient Cover Letter)

STEP:1 Within 3 days following the defense exam, the forms below should be sent to our institute with a cover letter by the department.

FORM- 47 INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION REPORT                                                        

STEP:2 After the above step, the final thesis is sent to our institute as a pdf using the ONLINE 2 form available at the link http://fen.firat.edu.tr/tr/page/7292. After the printing confirmation e-mail is sent to the student and advisor faculty member, the following documents are delivered to our institute together with FORM-48 within 1-month following the hand defense exam.

FORM- 48 THESIS FINAL CONTROL AND DELIVERY FORM                                 

- 3 bound copies of the thesis (signed by the Jury with a blue ink pen),

- 1 clamshell CD with PDF file of the final version of the thesis and Turkish-English Abstracts (in separate files) and video recording of the Thesis defense exam if the exam is held remotely.

-Signed printout of the National Thesis Center Data Entry form from http:/tez.yok.gov.tr

-Dismissal Certificate (FORM-13) and student ID
