It is among the duties of this commission to solve the problems of the students who receive scholarships from the YÖK 100/2000 doctoral scholarship program and to eliminate the coordination problems between the students related to the departments. It is another duty of this commission to ensure the coordination of the academic staff working at our university within the scope of the UNIP program.

There are many foreign students in the Institute of Science and Technology of our university. Important problems and uncertainties are encountered during the placement of these students in graduate programs and their education. In order to eliminate these problems and increase the quality of foreign students, this commission has important duties.

It is the duties of this commission to make the website of the Institute of Sciences more effective for our students and faculty members, to ensure that the activities within our institute are carried out in a simpler way by using automation, and to increase the interest in our institute with the social media accounts to be opened and the organizations to be held.

Transferring the documents in the archive of the Institute of Science and Technology to electronic media in accordance with the relevant legislation and establishing a system that will enable these documents to be accessed quickly when requested are among the important duties of the document management and archive commission. Planning, preparation and execution of training programs for the institute administrative staff regarding document management and electronic archive application processes, execution of physical archive works, and in this context, document management by collecting administrative, legal, financial, cultural and research value archive documents in electronic environment within the framework stipulated by the institute legal regulations. It will also be among the duties of this commission to classify, preserve and open archives according to the principles and methods prescribed by the discipline.
